Technology
To promote communication between our customer, vendors, and partners, New England Household uses technology to allow more concise and timely distribution of information.  We actively research new and emerging information technology and systems which will benefit our customer through increased efficiency.

Training
New England Household advocates the development of our workforce through continued training and education for our industry.  Using various industry and van line courses in the United States and throughout the world, we provide in-depth training seminars for all our office staff.  In addition, New England Household maintains a mandatory training program for our warehouse and moving crews which cover all aspects of furniture moving, packing, and crating including claim prevention, paperwork, and customer care.

Occupied since November 1999, this warehouse and office facility offers unparalleled security and convenience to our customers. Our warehouse has automatic security systems connected to both police and fire stations directly, local police patrols, fire control devices and detection systems, and regulated heating systems. We have also installed a closed circuit surveillance system which will record all warehouse activity. The Holliston facility also offers a complete carpentry shop for fine art and special crating, and document storage space.
